The Mindful Gut is a program designed to improve gut health and help you manage your stress better, helping you to get into and stay in remission LONG term.
This 12 week program is suited to anyone managing anxiety, mood imbalances, sleeplessness and irritable gut symptoms, associated with IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s & Colitis. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or not, this program can help you get to the root of your symptoms.

About Your Facilitator ✳
Hi, I'm Chloe. I am your facilitator throughout the program!
I am a naturopath and yoga teacher, working towards supporting healing for all humans.
My passion for gut health and mindfulness practice comes from years of managing my own health journey.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 13, and initially went through the medical system in an attempt to achieve remission, with mixed success.
I would have periods of remission in amongst periods of flare ups, and the times in between were shadowed by side effects from strong medications.
I started studying to be a naturopath after years of yo-yoing my diet, supplements and medications. It was only once I accepted the role that stress had on my health, that I was truly able to start healing.
All the diet and supplements in the world will only mask your symptoms, just like medications, until you learn to embrace the quiet.
Without inner calm, the rest is a bandaid.
